Welcome to Gallea Transfer & Storage.
Moving can be very exciting: A new job, a new city, new friends, and new opportunities. But if you're like most people, you probably don't consider moving to be exciting. Relocating your life can be extremely stressful. So, how does one turn an unappealing situation into a tolerable one? The first order of business and the most important is to be prepared. Do your research when hiring a moving company. Ask friends whom they have used, and what their experiences were. Chances are, if you utilize a recommended company's services, you will receive a good move. A good move starts with the sales representative. When receiving your estimate presentation, did you feel comfortable with the explanation of services and costs? Did you receive a full explanation of the Carrier Liability Options? Ask the company about their past performance: Do they have a consistent record of on-time service? Do they have a low claims ratio? If there are claims, what is the average time it takes to fully settle the claim? We recommend that you do not use price as your sole determining factor. The person who bears the burden of all of the expenses, the driver, is the person who will be affected by the low price quote. Why consider moving with Gallea Transfer & Storage?
